Materials We Use

We believe great cosplay starts with the right materials. That’s why we only use reliable, cosplay-safe, and high-performance options tailored for durability and comfort.

For armor and rigid builds, we use:

EVA foam — lightweight, flexible, and great for crafting wearable cosplay armor. This is a great material to use for such purposes!
Worbla — a premium thermoplastic for detailed, sculpted elements and intricate shapes. Also used for thin and detailed armor parts, which should look rigid.
3D printing —ideal for precision-built props and accessories, especially when used by an experienced prop designer for complex shapes like helmets or blasters, swords, and details.

For a fabric work, we offer:

A wide range of natural and synthetic fabrics — from stretch knits to heavyweight canvas, selected to suit your character and needs.
Real leather and eco-leather — used in belts, holsters, armor straps, belt pouches, and other detailed elements. We can also use it for armor or costume parts.
Soft foams and crafting layers to add volume and form where needed.

All items are hand-painted and finished using professional techniques: starting from brush painting, shading, airbrushing, weathering, metallic effects, and more. This ensures your cosplay prop commission doesn’t just look good on camera — it also looks incredible up close.
