How long does the shipping time take?
We ship packages as avia registered parcels. Shipping may take about 12-18 days. Usually if everything goes fine, your item arrives in around 2 weeks after we’ve sent it. Please, note that we can not influence customs in your country and sometimes shipping may take 3-5 weeks. Also, there are several months when shipping companies are overloaded and shipping may be delayed from 2 weeks to 4-5 weeks. Those are September, October, November, December, January. If your order was placed at this time, please, consider that your package may be delayed and not trackable for 10-15 days while passing customs.
Do I have to pay taxes in my country?
We are not responsible for any kind of payments, fees or taxes in your state/country. Please, consider, that you pay for item and shipping. Any other fees / taxes provided by the law in your country are on the buyers.
Can I pay with other method of payment (not PayPal)?
Yes, you can use your credit card. Use PayPal button and click pay directly with my credit at the bottom of the checkout window. If you would like to pay other way – please, contact us directly.
Do I need log in to make a purchase?
You can log in or do a purchase as a guest. As you wish.
How can I track my item?
Please, use tracking. Email and order number is required. You will see the status of your order with the tracking number and a link, where you can see all information about your package.
How to use Aftership.com
When you are redirected to aftership.com you can see the information on Ukrainte territory. After it has been dispatched abroad to your country, you can track it by your national carrier. Please, click “Couriers” on aftership.com at the top left side and choose your national mail courier. Or use this link. Use your tracking number to see the information about the package.
How can I use my coupon code?
You can use a coupon code during the checkout to get a discount. You can get it if you are 2nd time buyer or follow us in our social media (Facebook / Instagram page) and get a discount code.

How long does it take to do my order?
Usually we need several days or weeks to create an item, depending on how big and difficult it is. We always write average time for production in description.
Why does tracking info show no updates for several days?
When your package passing your country , tracking information is not updated for several days. Usually it takes about 1-5 days to pass the customs. But when customs are overloaded (end of the year), it may take about 2 weeks.
Is there a chance to rush my order to deliver it for an exact date?
Yes it is possible 🙂 We always try to do our best to meet customers needs, but please, contact us before placing an order if you have an exact date, so we could arrange the time frame. Sometimes rush orders are now impossible due to big amount of orders or due to lack of time.
What if my item arrived broken or damaged?
Sometimes due to different reasons your package may arrive damaged and item broken. In such cases contact us and we send you a new item! 🙂
What if I buy 2 or more items, can I get them in 1 package?
Yes, also, combined shipping applies when you buy more then 1 item. It is some kind of discount for several items which make shipping costs lower.
What if I want to ask for commission / custom order?
We do custom orders and commissions. Please, contact us and show us some pictures of what you’d like to have.
How and when I can cancel my order?
We do cancellation in 2 days after the order was placed and do a full refund. If you would like to cancel your order after 2 days have passed, please, consider that if we have already started production of your item, we may return not whole amount.
