We offer handmade props and cosplay items from different games, video games, books, movies etc.
Purchase includes item, packaging and delivery to address mentioned in the order. We use national post carrier. Delivery rules may depend on each country’s national mailing service and we can not influence this or take responsibility for this rules / issues.
Time-frames and deadlines
Each lot has in description time we need to produce the item and delivery time. Delivery time may vary, depending on high / low season and parcel traffic on the customs of your country.
Shipping delays due to your national mailing service or customs are not in our responsibility, please, make sure you place an order in a decent time. Time-frames for production may vary due to the amount of orders. Schedule shipping time may be delayed if we have big amount of orders or have other issues. In case you need the item for a specific date – please, contact us before purchase.
Lost/damaged during the transit
We are responsible for delivery, that is why all parcels are insured. If your package was lost or damaged during the transit, contact us and we send you a new one. Lost package – is a package that has not arrived or was not returned in 2 months after it was shipped.
Sometimes due to technical issues or national carrier rules, packages may not be trackable. For example, in such countries as Great Britain, Australia small packages are not trackable.
Returns and cancellations
We accept returns in 7 days after delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We accept cancellations and make a full refund in 2 days after the order was placed. If you would like to cancel your order after 2 days, you may be charged some % of the total amount for cancellation.
Payment and refunds
We keep your information secure. We never receive your credit card information.
A refund may take 1-2 business days.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
