Our Production. This is how we do cosplay.
Prop-making process.
In most cases, we use 3D printing for making props. High-quality 3D printers and professionals in 3D modeling, that is how we do top-notch models, with high detalization. All models are approved by the customers, and all customer’s wishes are important and taken into consideration!
Some of our props are made of silicone molds and molded plastics, imported from Italy and US. We use this technology for multiple-order production. High demand requires batch production.
Cosplay costumes and outfits.
Costumes, armor parts and outfits are made according to the customers’ measurements. It is very important for our crafters to have the right measurements taken. That is why we have developed our own instructions. Our sewers and crafters aim to make costumes comfortable to wear. Depending on the costume type and customers’ wishes, we use EVA foam, leather, fabric, fake leather, and even 3d printing pieces to create armor and costumes.
Paintwork
Painting is a crucial part of the cosplay production process as it adds the finishing touches and brings the character or a prop to life. The overall look of the cosplay item – is what everyone sees. The type of paint used depends on the material of the costume piece or prop, with fabric paint being used for clothing and acrylic paint being used for props made from materials like foam or plastic. That is why our goal is to make the painting process outstanding! Our team has several experienced painters, who work with airbrushes and regular brushes. Choosing between many paint brands, we have found those, which suit best for each type of material, for each occasion and style.
