1. Full Igris Armor Set & Helmet

• Materials & Construction (Hybrid Technique):
  • Combination of 3D-printed plastic and high-density EVA foam for an optimal balance of durability, weight, and flexibility.
  • 3D Plastic: Structured and rigid sections (helmet, shins, forearms, shoulder pieces, chest plate). Scaled and adapted from external 3D files.
  • EVA Foam: High-mobility sections (biceps, elbows, hips, abdomen).
• Finish & Paint:
  • Seamless, uniform matte black finish across both materials to fully blend EVA foam and 3D-printed plastic.
  • Matte coating is selected to softly diffuse and reflect the integrated LED lighting.
• LED Integration:
  • Blue LEDs installed in the chest (backlit frosted transparent plastic sheets), neck/collar piece (direct 3D-printed clear plastic), and cape diamond fasteners.
  • Helmet eye slots illuminated with blue LEDs, engineered to maintain forward vision for safe movement.
• Cape & Plume:
  • Full-length cape ending right around the heel.
  • Weathered treatment featuring a heavily ripped, tattered, and battle-worn look.
• Wearability & Solowear:
  • Base black undersuit included.
  • Armor pieces mount via heavy-duty Velcro and elastic straps, enabling easy solo donning and doffing without requiring a handler.

2. Igris Greatsword (6 ft / 1.8 m)

• Specifications & Convention Compliance:
  • Length: 6 feet (~1.8 meters).
  • 3D File: Adapted from the designated Etsy model with built-in channels for LED wiring.
  • Structural Core: Internal plastic pipe core (100% metal-free, under 15 lbs, with rounded edges to meet strict Anime Expo weapon policies).
  • Assembly: Shipped in pre-painted, modular segments for safe transit. Assembles easily using quality plastic superglue.
• LED Integration: Internal blue LEDs matching the armor’s glow and tone.
• Price: $880 USD (includes combined shipping with the suit)

3. Financial Summary & Flexible Payment Schedule

• Total Project Cost: $4,330 USD ($3,450 armor + $880 sword)
• Payment Method: Direct ACH Transfer via Wise (US Local USD Transfer)
• Account Holder: Ievgenii Zylov business account (DesignedBy cosplay studio founder)

Payment Plan (4 Installments of $1,082.50 USD):

1. Initial Payment (Deposit / Booking): $1,082.50 — Paid upfront to reserve the slot, source materials, and begin 3D scaling/prep work.
2. 2nd Payment: $1,082.50 — Due ~1.5 months later (at the start of active production).
3. 3rd Payment: $1,082.50 — Due ~1.5 months after the 2nd payment.
4. Final Payment: $1,082.50 — Due ~1.5 months after the 3rd payment (upon final project completion prior to dispatch).
